Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the item passes inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear and swimwear are non-returnable unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.
